REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return the item(s), in unused condition, complete with all packaging, instructions, warranty cards, etc. within 30 days of date of purchase and we will gladly exchange the item(s) or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping & insurance charges).

This policy does not apply to Special Order Items, Gift Cards, Earrings, Body Jewelry or Tarot & Oracle Cards which have been opened, as these items may only be returned if defective.

Items returned for refund that were originally purchased using a Credit/Debit card may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Receipt required for refunds - we regret that items returned without a receipt will only be exchanged.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
