The honey and reddish tumbled pieces are good for the bedroom as they ward off nightmares and help one to get a restful night’s sleep. If troubled by night-mares of dark spirit energies, place a cluster over each window and door to the room as well as one under the bed. Never keep clutter under the bed as it is very bad for the flow of chi energy and could be part of why your sleep is troubled in the first place.
